More Entertaining Quick Tips
I regularly entertain groups of four to 20 guests from a sandwich buffet to a sit-down dinner, Italian style! Here are my three best tips for successful entertaining:
- Don't point out things that didn't turn out exactly how you had planned, nobody knows what you had planned anyway!
- Keep it simple; most people enjoy simple entertaining where you can mingle rather than being tied up in the kitchen.
- Don't stress over cleaning the house. People don't scrutinize our home like we do (and if they do, my philosophy is they're not worth worrying over!). Just make sure things are reasonably clean and enjoy yourself!
