- Fill the vase with water.

- Fill vase with carnations. Place hydrangea in the center.
- Put large flag next to hydrangea. Place smaller flags among the carnations.
- Layer the bandanas, opened flat, in the center of your table or buffet.
- Place vase in the center of bandanas.
