This cake was for my parents 30th wedding anniversary in the summer of '06. The bottom tier is 12", the next is 10" and the top is 8". I also made a three layer 6" which was placed on their table for cutting. The flowers were fresh from neighbors gardens (money saver!) and the frosting was royal icing with champagne flavoring added. The cakes were white flavored with raspberry extract and I used raspberry jam for the filling. We were expecting 75 people and had a lot of cake left over!!!
