Salsa has become one of the most popular condiments in recent years, and with good reason. It provides a low fat way to add flavor and excitement to your dishes and buffet table. There are many great prepared salsa products on the market, but nothing can compare to salsa you prepare yourself. But, if you're working with hot peppers you need to be careful that the oils from the peppers don't come into contact with your skin. Use rubber gloves or dishwashing gloves while preparing chiles. And always be careful not to touch your eyes or other sensitive area with fingers or gloves that have come into contact with these peppers. Also, if you've served spicy foods to a guest who can't handle the fire, offer milk, yogurt or bread to help beat the heat. Do you have a favorite entertaining tip?
