So, What's Your Sign?

This week's tip was submitted by Gaile.

This is an ice breaker that is best used in a large group of at least 50 people.  

Set up twelve tables in your room, with an astrological sun sign (Aquarius, Leo, etc.) assigned to each table.  Participants are to sit at the table of their sun sign.  Start a timer and give the tables five minutes to find out what traits their members share in common.  Then each table chooses one characteristic to share with the entire group.  We did this last month at my sorority meeting and it was so much fun.
