The party host invites fellow wine loving friends to her home, and serves appropriate accompaniments to the wine such as complementary cheese and crackers. The wine consultant from The Traveling Vineyard conducts the wine tasting with a set of five bottles of wine. The wines come from around the world from smaller, less known wineries. If any guests order wine that evening, they are shipped to the host who distributes it to her friends.
