This tequila cocktail recipe was created by Brett Feore of Apiary, NYC.
- 2 oz Blueberry/Jalapeño infused Partida Blanco Tequila*
- 3/4 oz Creme de Mure
- 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Tequila Partida 100% Organic Agave Nectar
- 3 stems of mint
- 5 blueberries
- 1 stem mint plus 3 blueberries for garnish
- *To infuse the tequila, take a pint of clean blueberries and 2-3 jalapenos and drop them into a bottle of tequila. Let sit for a week.
Muddle mint and blueberries. Combine remaining ingredients in muddle. Strain into cocktail glass that has a sea salt rim. Garnish with mint and three berries.
