As you prepare your 2013 Academy Awards Party, you'll want to remember to keep handy a copy of the list of nominees for fun and reference. Before we get to the list, here are several of the ways it can be used at your Oscars bash.
Keep it handy so that when guests, who have become a bit forgetful after their second champagne cocktail, ask who was the Best Supporting Actress Nominee in "Lincoln", someone can quickly remind them it is Sally Field.
Give a copy of this list to each guest as they arrive at your party and have them choose their pick for winner in each category. Either set up a friendly betting pool or give a prize at the end of your party to the guest who selects the most winners.
Ask guests to choose a winner in each category and the winners for each category receive a prize or a share of the wagers.
Create bingo cards filling in the boxes with possible winners. Each guest's card should have different names in the boxes. Bingo cards are made in a grid of five boxes across and five boxes down. The middle box is often filled with a star, making it even more appropriate for an Academy Awards bingo game. The first person to get a line filled in with winners is the winner of the bingo game.
