- 24 long asparagus spears, tough ends trimmed
- 12 slices prosciutto
- 1 5.2 ounce package of Boursin cheese
- 12 slices of hearty whole grain bread
Trim the bread slices. Spread one tablespoon of boursin cheese on each slice of bread.
Cut prosciutto slices in half. Wrap each asparagus half with a half slice of prosciutto.
Place 4 spears of wrapped prosciutto on each of 6 slices of trimmed bread. Cover each one with another slice of bread.
Cut each sandwich in half.
