Stony Brook Cookie Co. bakes high quality, gourmet cookies to order, using only pure ingredients. That means the cookies include no hydrogenated oils, artificial ingredients or sulfite preservatives. The difference this makes in the cookies is evident. They taste like home-baked cookies with chunks of high quality ingredients including dried fruits, chocolate and nuts. The texture is tender without being mushy. The current product line includes Super Chocolate Chunk, Oatmeal Cranberry and White Chocolate, Double Chocolate Pecan and Stony Brook Jumble. Each mouthful includes a taste of at least one of the special ingredients.
The cookies come wrapped in cellophane bags, tied with colorful raffia bows. The gift packaging is simple but elegant, and they will include personalized tags with company logos and coordinating colors. Gift packaging places them in simple white boxes wrapped with a tasteful ribbon. The cookies can be ordered as two cookie party favor bags, in bulk to enjoy yourself (I highly recommend doing this!), or in gift packaging, where you can add tea or coffee as an extra option. Most surprisingly these cookies are very well priced considering the quality. This company could charge more and these cookies would still be a good value.
