Guide Review - Eating Well Healthy in a Hurry Cookbook

One can admire this book for the diverse selection of recipes from Mustard Crusted Salmon, to Spiced Pork Chops and Peaches, to Pear, Walnut and Gorgonzola Pizzas. One can also be impressed by how true to the timing the recipes are. It also makes me happy to see how all of this shortcut cooking was accomplished with non-processed ingredients. But the best part of all was that the final product, the resulting recipes, were fresh, tasty and appealing to all of us who tasted them.

In an effort to keep my diet under control, I've cooked more than my share of "healthy" recipes. I usually find the results uninspiring at best, and would never dare to serve the dishes to my guests. I would neither wish that they think I was on a diet, nor erroneously believe I was attempting to place them on one either! With Healthy in a Hurry recipes, the only thing your guests will believe is that you enjoy cooking contemporary dishes using fresh and flavorful ingredients.
