Guide Review - Autumn from the Heart of the Home

If you're into homespun style you're going to love this book. It's the continuation in a series from author/illustrator Susan Branch. The mixture of watercolor illustrations and personal photographs create the mood you feel when walking into a New England craft shop. You can almost smell the pumpkin spice candles in the air as you flip through the pages. You'll need and want to take some time to study the details in all of the beautiful illustrations. Although not extensive, there are enough seasonal recipes to last you through the final winds of March. And even during the glory sunshine days of summer, this book will make you long for the crisp days of October.
