Guide Review - The Classic Zucchini Cookbook
Never again be baffled when neighbors leave zucchini on your doorstep in the middle of the night. Because with this revised and updated classic cookbook in hand, you can chuckle instead of swearing at the green apparitions of August. And more than that, you'll discover many creative recipes for the full range of summer and winter squashes.
One of my favorite things about this book is that there are many recipes guaranteed to fool the pickiest eaters in your life. When I made the Zapple Pie, which replaces apples with zucchinis, no one guessed, until I giggled, that there was something other than apples in the pie. Now that I have many new disguises for the ubiquitous zucchini, I can finally retire my old zucchini bread recipe.
