What Are They?
These cocktails are all-natural and made with 100% fruit juice. All six of the flavors are free from preservatives, additives, and artificial colors and weigh in at less than 150 calories per serving. They come in two sizes of recyclable plastic containers - 1 liter bottles and 200 ml mini shaker bottles. These lightweight bottles are perfect for when you might take your party on the road, where permitted, such as a beach party or party in the park.
Are they Really that Good?
Unlike many pre-mixed cocktails I've tried over the years, these cocktails taste fresh, as though they've just been blended by a professional mixologist, not poured out of a bottle. I was sent samples of several of the flavors to try including: Mojito, Pomegranate Cosmo, Pacific Breeze, and Margarita. Each time I cracked open a bottle I expected to be disappointed, but each time I was pleasantly surprised by the fresh, authentic flavor of the drinks. My personal favorite was the Pomegranate Cosmo with the Pacific Breeze coming in at a close second place.
It's very clear that there's nothing artificial in these drinks and, because of that, the drinks taste fresh. I would have no hesitation serving them to my guests at a party. I'd feel confident knowing that I was serving great cocktails while calmly sipping one alongside my guests instead of furiously mixing and shaking behind the bar.
So What's the Catch?
One of the only problems I can see is that VnC Cocktails aren't available in all local stores. In order to keep my refrigerator stocked with these cocktails for my next party, I'll need to plan ahead and order them from an online retailer.
Also, as light and convenient as the plastic containers are for transport, they don't make very elegant serving containers. If you're serving them at a home party, I recommend pouring them into an attractive serving pitcher before offering them to your guests.
