Here is an ice breaker from our company's Christmas party last year. As the guests arrived they were each given a scrabble letter piece and a pad of paper and pencil. Everyone was told to mingle with the other guests with the purpose of creating as many words as possible. The words had to be at least 3 letters long. Everyone seemed to enjoy themselves and it became a competition to see who could get the most words. I believe the winner had over 150 words and was awarded a prize.
