Ingredients:
- 1 jar prepared Green Olive Tapenade
- 1 wedge provolone cheese
- 1 package rice crackers
- 1 jar of pimento strips
Preparation:
Cut provolone into 1/8-inch thin slices. Then cut each slice into squares that will fit your cracker. Arrange crackers on serving tray. Top crackers with 1 slice provolone, 1/4 teaspoon tapenade, and finish with a pimento strip.
