This is a very simple appetizer that will leave your guests asking for the recipe.

Ingredients:
- 1 package pre-baked mini tart shells
- fresh salmon spread purchased from your deli or bagel shop
- 1 bunch fresh chives
Preparation:
Using pastry bag and decorative tip, fill tart shells with dollop of salmon spread. Top each with a few snips of fresh chives. Serve.
