It's easy to make these snacks. You'll need pretzel rods, a block of cheddar cheese, and a package of chives. Slice the cheddar cheese into matchstick size strips. Place a stalk of chives on your work surface. Lay cheddar sticks along the piece of chives, leaving approximately 1 inch on each side of chive uncovered. Top with pretzel rod. Gently pull chive around the pretzel, lifting cheese with it. Tie ends of chive together, and place on serving tray, tied side down. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve same day.
