You'll need: marshmallows, lollipop sticks (found in craft shops and party stores), white chocolate, green food coloring, decorator frosting, block of floral foam.
Insert a lollipop stick into the bottom of each marshmallow. Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler, slowly adding drops of green food coloring, stirring constantly until evenly mixed through the chocolate. Remove from heat. Holding lollipop stick, quickly turn marshmallow in chocolate until coated (don't leave in chocolate too long or marshmallow will melt). Stand upright in floral foam. After all marshmallows have been coated, place in refrigerator until chocolate has set. Decorate with frosting. Serve in floral foam base, or stick lollipops into a real or foam pumpkin.
