A Way to Prepare for Your Thanksgiving or Christmas Dinner

When turkey legs and wings are on sale before the holidays, buy and roast several to make turkey stock. Then chill and freeze it until Thanksgiving. This will give you time to skim off the fat and have it ready for your turkey gravy or for basting your turkey or dressing on Thanksgiving Day.
