Position your candle in the center of the seashells and prop up a few shells around it for support.
Fill a large measuring cup with water and tint it with the food coloring to desired intensity of color. Pour slowly into jar.
Scatter paper shred around base of centerpiece to create the feeling of sand.
Light the candle and stand back to admire your easy seashell centerpiece!
