Assemble a Fruit Platter with a Center Heart

Continue to slice all remaining fruit. With mangoes, peel the fruit first, then slice down each side to remove the flesh from the center pit. Slice into equal size pieces. Cut melons in half, remove seeds, and slice off rind. Proceed to make equal size slices of fruit.

Arrange fruit around the center heart. Keep slices of each fruit variety together, fanned out decoratively on platter.
