Slice the remaining fruit into even sizes. To slice a pineapple, begin by cutting off the top and bottom. Next, divide the pineapple into quarters. Run your knife between the fruit and skin on each side. Make a cut on each side of the core. Divide the pineapple between the core and skin into even sized wedges. Remove onto platter, attempting to keep the slices in the same order they were removed from pineapple. It will make it easier to lay it out on platter in progressive size order.
