Avoiding Floral Centerpiece Mistakes

Don't Make These Common Mistakes

Avoiding Floral Centerpiece Mistakes

When designing floral centerpieces for the tables where your guests will eat, plan for something low to the table. I am the Event Coordinator for Ralph & Kacoo's Cajun Seafood Restaurant in Birmingham, Alabama, and I find that this is something that often gets overlooked. Typically, the host wants a large arrangement that creates a decorative atmosphere, but it usually turns into an annoying mistake that the host regrets. A smaller arrangement can be just as effective and does not block the view during conversation. Also, keep the arrangement narrow so that it doesn't take up too much dining space and cause your guests to feel cramped while they try to enjoy the event.

Thanks for the tip Lori!
