I too have been very frustrated with guests who show up to the party and NEVER RSVP. I now inform my guests there will be a drawing from the returned RSVP cards for a special prize. My last prize was a movie basket with DVDs, movie tickets, movie candy and microwave popcorn. The prize does not have to be elaborate but they never know what it will be. Nothing makes guests RSVP like the chance of winning something.
