Guide Review - Chocolat Vitale

There are two kinds of hot chocolate. The first is the powdery kind to which you add water and mix in desiccated marshmallows. The second is the type that is created from actual chocolate pieces to which you add hot milk. The difference between the two is unmistakable, and after drinking the second type, real chocoholics will have a hard time ever looking at the first type again. Chocolat Vitale only sells the second variety that they call European drinking chocolate. Made from Belgian and Swiss chocolate blends, the resulting hot chocolates are smooth and delicious. Unfortunately, a very small cup will need to be considered a serious treat. Luckily, the richness in flavor will compensate for the small portions diet savvy consumers will dare to drink.

In addition to their decadent drinking chocolate, Chocolat Vitale also offers a wide variety of chocolate flavored, loose teas including Almond Creme Black, Cocoa Cardamom Tango, and White Chocolate Toffee Rooibus among others. They're very full-flavored, guiltless beverages you can enjoy after one too many cups of Chocolat Vitale.

These products are wonderful options to serve to guests at the end of a meal in place of coffee or traditional teas. They also come in gift sets and make great gifts for a chocolate loving hostess.

Full disclosure: Chocolat Vitale is owned and operated by my cousin, and was named in tribute to my grandmother Angelina.
