I made these cupcakes a couple of years ago for one of my best friends. We traveled throughout Asia together and grew a love for Hello Kitty stuff. We both live in NYC now and I made the cupcakes for a birthday party and to remember the fun travel times!
I got some awesome compliments on them (and yes, this was a party of adults, but would obviously work great for teens).
Any special Ingredients: M&M – both plain regular sized; and plain mini’s and black licorice.
