Star Wars Birthday Cake

This cake was made for a Star Wars themed birthday party. Vader is a candle purchased at a party store and became the inspiration for the theme of the cake. Cake is red velvet (guys love the bloody idea of it) using a bake and fill ball pan, using only as a half sphere to avoid a collapse due to the weight of fondant. All decor is colored and rolled fondant. Also used a bit of edible silver glitter to add the lights shining on the death star.
