Snake Cake for Reptile Theme Party

The cake we created for my son's 6th birthday party which was a reptile theme. The cake was created by my mother, Carolyn Schwartz, and myself, Christine Feit. We used a horseshoe shaped pan to make cakes, cut them in half and then connected the opposite sides to create a curvy pattern. We used truffles for the eyes and a red Twizzler licorice for the tongue. The rest of the cake decorations were frosting.
