These cake balls were part of a large dessert table at a party I attended right around Valentine's Day. I spoke with the baker who told me she made the cake from scratch and mixed the cake crumbs with a homemade cream cheese frosting. After forming the cake balls, she put them in the freezer to firm up. Next, she dipped them in good quality chocolate and placed them on a sheet of waxed paper. Finally, she drizzled them with dulce de leche. They were very yummy!
