Guide Review
A Year in Chocolate - Four Seasons of Unforgettable Desserts
You can explore the many possibilities and seasons of chocolate with this exciting book from Alice Medrich. Chocolate is presented in all of its forms including cookies, cakes, tarts, drinks, truffles, sauces and more. Even those rare individuals who don't care for chocolate will meet temptation in the white chocolate recipes. In addition to the recipes you'll find great instructional sections on working with chocolate, including tips for avoiding pitfalls like burning it. The recipes are cleverly organized by season, although I'm sure many of them will work well any time of the year. The forty full-color photo illustrations are beautiful and provide inspiration for presenting the completed goodies.
