Joe
Brown's Melange Cafe Cookbook
It wasn't long after Joe Brown opened the Melange Cafe that he
developed a loyal following for his Italian/Louisiana fusion
cuisine, myself included. So it's no surprise that he decided to
publish a cookbook that showcases the wonderful dishes served
nightly at his restaurant. What is surprising is the relative
simplicity of these recipes that manage to deliver lots of complex
flavors. With some cookbooks you're lucky to find a handful of
recipes you'll want to cook. With this one you'll have a hard time
finding a handful that you won't. |
