Guide Review - Le Creuset Fondue Set
This is a great basic fondue set. You can prepare your fondue in the pot on your stovetop, then simply move it to the stand and burner at your table. It's easy to clean the enamel surface even if you leave the cheese or chocolate cooking in it until there's little left but the tasty, crunchy remains. The biggest drawback is that some meat fondues require a larger capacity to heat the oil or broth. It would also be nice to have a cover for those occasions when you prepared the fondue in advance of your party and wanted to refrigerate it. But these are minor drawbacks when you consider the fabulous job the pot does in distributing and retaining heat. The pot comes with a 101-year warranty.
