The Baker's Dozen Cookbook
If you're simply looking for a few good baking recipes, you could buy a
smaller, less expensive cookbook. But if you're looking for an education
in baking that includes many great recipes, this is the book you need.
The 400-member San Francisco baking group, The Baker's Dozen, has been
meeting for about a dozen years. In this book they share the tips and
finer points of baking gleaned from their years of trial and error.
There are no shortcut products used here. The authors would never
compromise the final product by using less than the best ingredients.
Not only were the recipes I tried from this book delicious and
successful, the directions were easy to follow and educational in the
process. I love this book and will turn to it often. | |
