Texture: Semi-soft.

Rind: No rind.

Tasting Notes: This is a mellow, tangy, salty cheese with an added kick from the cracked peppercorns. 

Wine Pairing:  A young Chianti would be delicious served alongside this cheese.

Serving Suggestions:  This cheese would make an interesting addition to a cheese board. Served with crackers, it would also be a nice accompaniment to fruit such as grapes, berries or melons.
