Type of Cheese: A mild goat's milk cheese.

Texture: Semi-soft

Rind: With a rind that has been rubbed with paprika, it has a very vibrant orange/red color. However, the paprika has no effect on the flavor of the cheese.

Tasting Notes: A distinctive, but mild, goat cheese flavor. Has a more sweet than salty overall effect.

Wine Pairing: Pair with a rich Cabernet.

Serving Suggestions: This colorful cheese will add vibrant color to any cheese tray. It will provide a nice accompaniment to fruits, nuts and crackers.
