Guide Review - Everyday Asian

This book makes it finally possible to cook all of your favorite Asian restaurant dishes at home. Author Marnie Henricksson, former Asian restaurant owner, has created recipes that address the potential challenges faced by home cooks. She has first hand experience in those challenges, because once she sold her restaurant, Henricksson discovered the problems with sourcing many of the traditional Asian ingredients necessary to cook her favorite dishes. Whether you prefer noodle dishes, Asian barbecue, seafood, or salads, you'll find a recipe in this collection. The introductions to each dish are very informative, and at the end of the book you'll find a chapter with recommended wine, beer and other beverage pairings.
