Guide Review - The Cornbread Book - A Love Story with Recipes
Even if I didn't like cornbread, I'd still love this book. It's witty and interesting with lots of personal anecdotes. The author, Jeremy Jackson, is clearly passionate about this topic - who would have thought something as plain as cornbread could inspire such devotion? But Jackson's love is contagious and he manages to capture the reader with his enthusiasm, sending you to the kitchen to whip up your own batch of cornbread goodness. There are both basic and unusual recipes, and you'll want to try them all.
