Guide Review - Faux Fabulous Florals
It always makes me sad when a beautiful centerpiece, particularly one that I've put together, begins to wilt and fade. Luckily, that no longer needs to be the sorry conclusion to my favorite centerpieces. Designer Colleen Mullaney proves how far faux (formerly silk) florals have come, and with her creativity leading the way, you can create lovely centerpieces that will last for many years. In addition to faux floral centerpieces, there are wreath projects, candle projects, topiaries and even gift-wrapping ideas. The 52 projects in this book are arranged by seasonality of the faux materials. However, many of them would look lovely in your home at any time of the year. Most of the projects are easy enough to handle in a matter of minutes once you have the supplies. And if you can handle a hot glue gun and wire clippers, you won't need any other skills to take on even the larger arrangements. I promise you that once you see the projects in this book, you won't want to wait to begin your first one.
