11/22/99 - Preparing Your Coffee in Advance
Prepare your after-dinner coffee before guests arrive, and you will save time when you're clearing the dinner dishes and trying to serve your guests dessert. After the coffee is brewed, store it in a thermal carafe that has been pre-warmed with hot water. The carafe can be brought to the table for serving and no one needs to wait to dig into dessert.
