A Quotable Tip
I've never met a book about food that I didn't like. The latest addition to my collection, The Quotable Cook, edited by Kate Rowinski, The Lyons Press, 2000, has many wonderful, sage and humorous quotes about food and dining. I couldn't resist sharing this fun quote with you as this week's tip:
