Tip of the Week

Look here each Monday for a new tip to make entertaining a snap

I Insist, After You

When taking a business client out for a meal, you should always allow your guest to be seated first, before selecting your chair. The best seat is usually the one pulled out first by the host or maitre d' and gives the best view of the restaurant. If you are entertaining multiple clients, you should direct your guests to their seats, before sitting yourself. The most important guest in the group should always be given the highest ranking seat, the one to the right of the host.

If you have a tip you'd like to share, you can now use our simple submission form. If selected, I will post it with your name in future weeks.
