If You Hate to Dust, but Love to Entertain...
If you're like me, and dusting seems like a futile task, never entertain in the morning unless you're serving outside. Because there is nothing worse than morning sunlight streaming into your home and revealing all those annoying dust particles that invaded overnight.
On the other hand, night time entertaining is a safe bet because dust particles seem to disappear into the furniture by candlelight. Dim, or turn off, all the incandescent lights in your home, and set the mood for conversation, romance and partying with gently glowing candles. You'll save yourself the trouble of dusting to be presentable, and your guests will be charmed.
