When you're looking for an easy but impressive dessert, chocolate covered strawberries are your answer. They can be very inexpensive when strawberries are in season as long as you make your own. And that's easy to do with the chocolate fruit dip kits now available in supermarkets.

Serve three dipped strawberries on a plate that has been dusted with cocoa powder around the edge. Place a dollop of fresh whipped cream alongside the berries. Voila! Your guests will be impressed and probably ask for seconds.
