Let Your Style Shine
Are you a collector? It could be anything; dolls, model cars, old toys, candlesticks, miniatures, oyster plates, depression glass? If you are, I hope you don't leave it all locked up in a cabinet. Instead, you should think about how you can incorporate it as part of your table decor.
It's easy to do with collectibles relating to entertaining. Group candlesticks together on your table and around your room and watch our guests glow in their light. Use a collectible plate to serve foods that won't damage it such as cookies or crackers.
With other types of collectibles, think about ways you can group them together into centerpieces. There's nothing like an interesting collection to make people feel comfortable and get the conversation rolling.
