As much as it's fun to celebrate the New Year on the Eve, it can be just as much fun to welcome the New Year on the morning itself. Now, I'm not suggesting that anyone plan a party that begins at sunrise, I mean how many guests would show up? Instead, I'm suggesting a nice, casual, late morning New Year's brunch with a lot of good luck food to make it an extra special day.
