Over the holidays my cheese obsession was well nurtured. There's nothing like a holiday gathering to create an excuse for pulling out the delicious, luxurious cheeses that we can swoon over with those we love. Of course, now that my obsession has been stoked, I'm looking for other cheese-y opportunities and the first thing to pop into my mind is an easy Raclette Party. Yum. I'm feeling hungry already.
