Planning a Christmas Eve Seafood Dinner

The past two weeks have been spent in a flurry of making my lists and running around to the stores in an effort to cross off the items on those very necessary lists. I've also been baking, sharing and eating lots of Christmas cookies - my pants will tell the tale. But now's the time to turn my attention to Christmas Eve dinner, a very traditional meal in Italian homes and many other cultures, as well. For us, and many other households, Christmas Eve is all about a special Seafood Feast, whether we make three or 12 fishes, it wouldn't be the same if meat were on the menu.
