Plan a Wimbledon Viewing Brunch for this Weekend

One of the fun activities I always anticipate over the July 4th holiday weekend is watching the final rounds of Wimbledon, the world's oldest tennis tournament. If the weather is bad, or you need a break from barbecues and outside parties, Wimbledon is a great event for gathering fellow tennis fans who like air conditioning better than mosquitoes in the summer. Here's a Wimbledon party plan with a brunch menu to enjoy while taking in the relaxing sounds of tennis balls bouncing on grass.
