Spinach Dip - Always the Popular One

If I had to be a dip, the only dip I'd want to be was spinach. That's because spinach dip makes an appearance at most party buffets, and is one of the first dips to disappear. Just looking at some of the visitor information on this site reminded me just how popular spinach dip is, and my guess is that it's going to show up at many parties between now and New Year's Day. It's easy to make, inexpensive, and it looks like it's kind of healthy - doesn't it? Just ignore the sour cream and bread bowl.
